My Professional Story ... Build it.
For a lot of my working life I was a proud, self confessed workaholic, late nights and early mornings whilst juggling motherhood, sister, wife, daughter, aspiring master chef, dog walker, business owner … the list goes on … all of which I wore as a badge of honour. Whilst evidently close to burnout for at least 10 years!
Following a law degree, I specialised in Criminal Justice and worked with people ‘from all walks of life’. Before becoming a specialist risk assessor, strategizing ways to rebuild the lives of people with dysfunctional attitudes and behaviours, addictions and mental health.
For five years I specialised in divorce, child contact and relationship breakdowns for high net worth clients, before undertaking my Masters in Leadership and HR, going on to study design thinking.
I’ve been employed, worked as a consultant; I’ve set up and sold several businesses. I’ve had successes and failures, so I know first hand what real pressure and juggling is! With each move and leap of faith it got harder not easier, until I learnt what to let go of, what worked and what didn’t. My last corporate business was turning over seven figures before we sold it.
Three University degrees later, courses coming out of my ears, and an addiction to research, to accompany 20 years of experience, and a re-evaluation of my own life triggered by my Mum dying, I decided to formulate all of this into a unique strategy to help other women.
Inspired by Stanford University Design You Life research, and Harvard Business Reviews, See, Double You, Be (CWB), was created as a framework to produce a life design strategy/plan to set you on the right path.
I continue to work a lot but mainly because I love what I do and how I do it!
… oh and just so you know, perfection doesn’t exist but you can get pretty damn close.

My Story ... Dream Big.
Like every woman I’ve ever met, life has presented it’s challenges. For a long time I was my own harshest critic; I haven’t always made life easy for myself; starting with having my daughter at 18. It made me ‘non-judgmental very quickly’.
30 years later, I’ve overcome, the empty nest, the loss of a parent, the relationship break-up, the financial challenges, the mid-life re-evaluation, the weight gain, the weight loss and whilst in the midst of peri-menopause, I’ve finally got to a place where I live a life I love.
Whilst I’m a big believer in meditation and manifestation, I’m a no nonsense results driven professional. ‘Professionally Personal’ really does sum me up.
I’m kind, caring and understanding but I take my professional influence seriously and women come to me because they’ve had enough and want the change. My approach doesn’t work if you’re not serious, but I can reassure you that change is possible with the right support and what I can tell you is that doing it alone doesn’t work. Trust me, I’ve tried it!.
It seems fashionable for people to ask me what I’d do, or say to my younger self, and it’s very easy for me. ‘Get help. Get help. Get help. ‘
No one is better than you, more capable than you, or more able than you.
The only difference is those who do and those who don’t! Book your free consultation, it’ll be the best move you’ve made! You have nothing to lose, we just have a chat, and if I don’t think we’re the right fit, I usually say it before you. But … I can honestly say that everyone gets something out of it, and I will always help if I can, even if I’m not the solution!

You can do it.
Being in my late 40’s I’ve seen and experienced a lot of change. I never dreamt I’d ever feel too old, out of touch, or invisible, but I can assure you I also got to that … and I hated it!
But … I didn’t accept it, and neither should you. I made a decision. Continue to feel like I was going down hill, or embrace ‘being almost 50 and fabulous’. Now, I’ve got back to remembering who I am, the value of my experience and being happy.
I genuinely wouldn’t go back! I love life again. My career, my family, my husband, my independence, my aspirations to be a nanny, my adventures … all of it! In fact, it’s better than ever … because I know I deserve it. I’ve earnt it … I’m not just successful, I’m present in it! And, you can be too!
